In 2015 Aussie’s purchased on average 28kgs of beef and 9kgs of lamb. That’s right, we’re generally chowing down on the stuff.

But that's just what we're roasting, frying, stewing, slipping to Rover under the table and poppin’ on the barbie. What about the rest? Waste ain’t cool. Aussie famers put a mammoth effort into producing their livestock sustainably, so it would be beyond a shame if any of that animal was wasted.

This week Nicko’s kitchen takes a look at where our Aussie beef and lamb ends up and the #NoWaste attitude of the industry.
